Factory Showcase

Initial Stage

2006年  Sichuan 柯美特 Building Materials Co. was established, focusing on plastic steel profiles. 

2009 年 The company initiated system reform and began informatization development.

 2011 The company provided equity incentives to its entrepreneurial employees. 

2012 年 Anhui 柯美特Building Materials Co Ltd. was established and put into production. 

2013 年 Sichuan 柯美特Aluminum Co.was established and put into production.

Second Venture Stage

2015年 The group headquarters was established in Chengdu; the 柯美特 Spirit was released; the first round of employee stock ownership plan was implemented. 2016 The company completed restructuring and was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ, “New Third Board”); the first edition of the Corporate Culture Reader was published; the second round of employee equity incentives was carried out. 2017 The company held the first management-level Chinese culture evaluation activity. 2018 The company defined its three major business segments: architectural profiles, system doors and windows, and industrial aluminum profiles. 2019 Sichuan 柯美特 Door and Window Technology  was established and put into production.

Third Venture Stage

2020年  The company launched human resources and performance improvement projects, as well as consulting projects on door and window marketing. 2021 The Western Customer Service Center was established and put into operation; the second round of equity incentives was implemented. 2022 The company entered a new stage of innovation under the New Third Board system; management upgrading and IPO preparation work began. 2023 The company established the CNAS Testing and Innovation Center; upgraded the group’s strategic management system; launched industrial aluminum products to the market. 2024 Anhui 柯美特Aluminum Co. was established and put into production upgraded the management and corporate culture systems launched the New Three Modernizations initiative.
